We specialise in beautiful natural feminine shots, not cheesy, awkward poses. We'll use clever light and camera angles along with high end magazine quality retouching to make you look amazing!

Our packages can be fully tailored to you needs and we can supply you with prints, digital images, canvases, albums, frames and anything else you can think of having your photos on!

It's up to you whether you use our make up artist or do you own.

You have the choice of a female or male photographer and there are complimentary drinks and snacks throughout your session!

Anyone that's spoken to me in the studio knows that one of my biggest moans is people not backing up or printing the photos they take.

It's never been easier to take a photo, most kids have phones with cameras built in; and point and shoots have got to a price where they're almost a disposable item!

But how many of you bother to back up the images? 

Those of you feeling smug that you've copied them on to your laptop or PC can wipe the smile off of your faces! Ever experienced a hard drive failure?

External hard drives are so cheap, as are blank CDs. Please buy one or the other (or both) and copy your images to them AS WELL as your laptop or PC.

Or, go retro! Print your images and put them in an album (or shoebox, or anywhere they're safe) for future generations.

It would be a shame for the generation that has the easiest access to photography, to grow up and not be able to show their kids their grandparents!

As I feel so strongly about this, we've decided to extend our Family Generations photo offer up until we close for Christmas. The details are in the image below, but basically you bring as many family members for a group photo as you like and EVERYONE gets a 12"x8" copy of the chosen photo, even the youngest members, so that in years to come they can look back at the whole family. The price? £75.

Frame prices slashed!
We were already the most reasonably priced photography studio in the North East (and probably the country!) and now we've reduced the prices of all our framed photos, not just by a small amount, but by up to 30% ! 

This means you could get a photo shoot and HUGE 38"x28" framed montage of 10 images for just £350!! 

AND when we say framed we mean a real wood frame with a deluxe deep set bevel mount. Not a cheap plastic frame as seen in other studios in the region!

Creative Nights!
We now run a fortnightly evening event for photographers, models, make up artists and anyone else interested in creating great images in the studio.

All abilities welcome, this is a great chance to network and portfolio build.

Our regular photo sessions - what you get.

Some photography studios offer free shoots and then expensive photos. Others give a voucher for a tiny picture which you can use to upgrade to expensive frames.

At Loud and Flashy we like to be a bit more transparent!

Our regular photo sessions are £50.  

You get an hour in our Ashington, Northumberland studio for a fun photo shoot.

Your images can be viewed straight away or you can look online later, it's up to you, but there's no hard sale!

Included in the session is a 12"x8" retouched photo in a 2" mount (glass size 16"x12") set in a beautiful wood frame with a choice of finishes. Compare this to the postcard sized image other studios offer!

What you get included for the £50 photo session (not the gold chair!).

If you want any additional images from your session, loose prints start at just £15 for anything up to 10"x8" and there's no minimum order!

We also provide a huge range of ways to display your artwork including canvas wraps, frames, acrylic blocks, aluminium panels etc.

It's Competition Time!

Once again we're looking for a cute kid to be the face of Loud and Flashy photography! 

Our 2013 winner!

If you think you've got the cutest kid then you could win a HUGE  canvas along with LOADS of HUGE prints and Images on CD - all worth £700

To enter, your child must be under 4 years of age on 31st December 2013.

The top prize winner will be picked by an independent judge, but there will also be runner up prizes for the two kids that get the most votes on facebook.

But, the best news? Everyone's a winner!

Everyone entering will get their image that's used in the competition as a beautiful 12"x8" print, normally worth £20!

You'll also get 25% off anything else you order from the session (but there's no obligation to buy anything else!)

Rules!

All entrants must be under 4 years old on the 31/12/2013

Sessions must be booked and taken before 31/10/2013

The winner will be chosen by a judge not employed by Loud and Flashy studios. the judges decision is final.

The runners up will be determined by the number of votes received by way of Facebook 'likes' on the competition page on the Loud and Flashy Facebook page.

This competition is not endorsed by Facebook and Facebook cannot be held responsible for any technical problems howsoever caused.

The final votes for the runners up will be counted at any time on the 30/11/2013

The main prize is not transferable and will consist of a photo session, a 34"x22" canvas wrap, Ten 18"x12" unmounted prints and the eleven hi res edited images on CD.

There will be two runner up prizes, each will receive a 12"x8" mounted print in a  16"x12" frame worth £110.

All entrants will receive an unmounted 12"x8" print of their choice from the photo session.
